  • We currently ship to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the United Kingdom with the following delivery times:

    • Singapore (Flat Rate): 4-7 Working Days - $5

    • Malaysia (Flat Rate): 3-7 Working Days - $5

    • Thailand (Flat Rate): 7-10 Working Days - $5

    • Hong Kong (Flat Rate): 3-7 Working Days - $5

    • United Kingdom (Flat Rate): 3-5 Working Days - $4

    Free shipping is available on all orders over US$50.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days. For orders containing pre-order items, additional processing time will apply as specified on the product listing.

  • Free shipping is available on orders that meet the minimum subtotal requirement (after any discounts are applied). If your order didn't qualify for free shipping, it means the subtotal fell below this threshold.

  • We operate warehouses in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address and based on item availability.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes as required by local customs policies. For transparency and legal compliance, we must declare the actual product value on customs forms and cannot mark items as gifts or declare lower values.

  • You can cancel your order by contacting us at poise.forher@gmail.com with your order number. However, please note that we can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched and do not contain pre-order items.

  • To modify your order, please contact us at poise.forher@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can change the shipping address and recipient name if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

    If you'd like to modify the items in your order, we may need to cancel your existing order and have you place a new one. This is only possible for orders that haven't been fulfilled and don't include pre-order items. Please contact us at poise.forher@gmail.com and we'll help find the best solution for you.

  • To track your order, click on the link provided in the order dispatch email we sent. If you encounter any issues with the link or tracking number, please reach out to us at poise.forher@gmail.com.

  • If you receive a delivery notification but haven't received your package, the courier may have left it at an access point or collection location. Check your delivery notice or tracking number for more details. If you still can't locate your package and haven't received it at a collection point, please contact us at poise.forher@gmail.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.

  • It is essential that customers provide accurate delivery details when placing an order, including the correct address, contact number, and recipient's name. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or lost parcels due to incorrect address information, and refunds cannot be issued in these cases. We strongly recommend double-checking all delivery information before completing your order. If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us at poise.forher@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All payments are processed via PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance, or if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a credit or debit card through the PayPal gateway.

  • All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). While we display prices in other currencies for your convenience, the final charge will be in USD. Exchange rates are determined by your credit card provider at the time of transaction, so the amount on your statement may slightly differ from our displayed price. Additional international payment fees or currency conversion charges may apply - please check with your card provider for details.

  • Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear items or pre-order items after purchase unless there are quality defects.

    If you find other items unsuitable or change your mind, you can email us within 7 working days of receiving your order at poise.forher@gmail.com . We will provide you with a return address for our Hong Kong warehouse. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Once we confirm that the items have been received in their original condition without any damage, we will process a full refund within 2-3 working days.

    Please note: Refund amounts may vary slightly due to bank exchange rates and platform fees at the time of processing.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at poise.forher@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. Your email should include your order number and clear photos of any defects or incorrect items. After our team verifies your claim, we will arrange either a replacement or refund. Refunds typically process within 2-3 working days.

    Please note: Minor variations in measurements (within 2 centimetres) are considered normal. Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions and display settings.

  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after we receive your cancellation request or fault report. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For credit/debit card payments, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7 business days - please contact your card provider to check when the credit will appear in your account. For PayPal payments, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account within 7 business days - contact PayPal directly to check when the refund will be posted.
